This travel company helped make my recent trip to DARJEELING & SIKKIM the vacation of a lifetime!  I am so glad I chose to use their services - this was the least stressful trip I have ever taken and that truly added to the enjoyment factor a lot. They guided me through the whole planning process with ease, and made sure I was going to do everything I wanted to do.

Planned our trip really well. They listened to what we wanted, and made suggestions on best possible route - slight different to what we had suggested, but their recommendation was better. All the drivers were punctual, attentive and safe drivers. The guides were exceptional - knowledgeable, interesting, and very real. Choice of accomodation was brilliant.

The trip was wonderful and the staff were excellent. Every detail was looked after and we were provided with a detailed itinerary as well as a cell phone with all contacts and destinations programmed - so easy to navigate! We had a daily phone call to see how we were doing which we looked forward to. The hotels, guides and restaurant recommendations were fantastic!

Amazing 7 days trip (Mid March) with Tourism Sikkim. Special thanks to Mr. Vicky, who helped us so much in planning the entire trip in a very short span of 1 month. His staff especially cab drivers at Darjeeling and at Gangtok were just fab. They become part of our experience as a family.
Visiting border areas in Sikkim required a lot of paperwork for permits. Vicky took care of all those seamlessly. Always available on WhatsApp and call for any suggestions. We took transportation and hotels from his firm, however he was very flexible in offering cab service alone and let us choose hotels of our choice, infact he help coordinating with other hotels too... After all discussions we landed up letting him choose hotels per our budget....

Overall amazing experience with Tourism Sikkim. Highly recommended.
